Practice starts after basketball usually late February.

Games start Mid March and go to May.
End of season tournament last week.
Games are on Saturday at UNT PEB.

While participating with Denton Parks and Rec league there is a very short window to get registered please register with PALS as soon as possible to ensure a spot on the team.
Cost covers all league fees, referees and your child's jersey.

PALS will be participating in the UNT league this year and games will be held on Saturday at the PEB or McMath buildings. We understand this is an expensive league but there is no cost for parking or admission.

PALs is run entirely by volunteers who do their best to make this a successful sports program to develop our youth so that they are ready for junior high sports. This is a reminder that all requests made during registration or even by email are requests. PALs is run entirely by volunteers who do their best to make this a successful sports program to develop our youth so that they are ready for junior high sports. Age divisions are in place for the safety and mental health of your children. While our commissioners and coaches do their best to honor all requests for coaches, teammates and jersey numbers there are no guarantees that all requests will be granted. Parents please keep in mind this is a recreational league and many children are participating in sports for the first time. If you wish for more advanced programs you can find select clubs in nearby towns. Also if there are concerns about a coach please take that up with a commissioner. We never want to have children missing out on a sport due to coaching issues.
Refund Disclaimer
- There will be a $25.00 Administrative processing fee for registration refunds processed prior to registration closing date.
- Once registration closes NO refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Refunds will not be given to a participant because they didn't get placed on a team requested or at a practice time desired.
