Nutrition

Keep a balance colorful plate

Simple nutrition rules:

Eat high quality whole foods                        

 Eat breakfast every day                                  

Minimize processed foods                             

Gets lots of color from fruits and veggies   

Drink lots of water every day                       

Provide healthy snacks

It's important to limit processed foods and chemicals but also to keep our young athletes fueled up during their games. Fruit and nuts are a great snack between games.

Stretching is important for everyone
